With over 30 years of experience in property management within the hospitality industry, Kathleen brings the same dedication and professionalism to her role as a REALTOR® with Sarah Bice & Associates Real Estate. Her background in managing complex operations, balancing budgets, and delivering five-star guest experiences now translates seamlessly into providing exceptional service for her real estate clients.

Originally from St. Louis, Kathleen is a proud graduate of the University of Missouri. Her hospitality career took her across several states—including Missouri, Tennessee, Georgia, Indiana, Minnesota, Maryland, and Virginia—where she excelled as a hotel general manager and earned multiple honors, including General Manager of the Year.

For the past 25 years, Kathleen has called Richmond home, where she and her husband raised two sons and recently welcomed a daughter-in-law to the family.
