About Stuart Bice...

Stuart Bice brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to Sarah Bice & Associates Real Estate, LLC. With a B.A. in English and M.S. in Information Systems, Stuart has extensive job experience inside the mortgage industry and 5 years experience in IT consulting.

Stuart has a combined 4 years experience as a mortgage loan officer. Working for brokerage firms, Stuart negotiated with several lending institutions to find the best program for individual home buyers, as well as, those seeking to refinance. He served clients with various credit backgrounds, income levels and asset portfolios to find the loan program that best matched their needs. This experience gives Sarah Bice & Associates Real Estate, LLC an important perspective on an industry that is a vital component to almost all real estate transactions.

Stuart also worked in the IT field for 5 years. He founded Great American Web, a firm that specialized in building web based applications and web site design. At GAW, Stuart ran the whole show. He was responsible for sales, customer service, project management, client and server programming, database programming, training, and web design; including the development of web page layout, graphics and web animation. His impressive list of clients included Capital One, Voice Technologies and GreenTech ITM. Stuart also worked as a web/Siebel programmer and software tester for American Management Systems on a project to provide systems integration for the Virginia Department of Taxation.

In 2004, after Sarah began to experience significant growth in real estate, Stuart made one of the most important decisions of his life; giving up his IT career to support Sarah full-time as a licensed realtor. In December 2008, after experiencing consistent growth in real estate sales, "Sarah Bice & Associates Real Estate, LLC" was established; making Stuart an important associate of the firm! Stuart is known as a great team player and is proud to be part of the Asian community for over 34 years where he often goes by his Chinese name "Xiao Wei" given to him by Sarah. His integrity and dedicated support has made Sarah's success possible and his versatile experience is invaluable to this firm. His unfailing support and multi-dimensional skills will help this firm to deliver outstanding customer service.

In 2024, Stuart and Sarah celebrate their 34 year wedding anniversary.
